Katie Price has reportedly decided to use her own savings to finance the film project she is planning.
The glamour girl failed to find enough cash backers for the movie during her recent trip to Los Angeles but remains determined to get the idea off the ground, according to the Daily Star.
A source told the newspaper: "She feels she has had a more exciting life than most major stars and thinks it's a real goer.
"But she had no luck at all in LA because most people in America have no idea who she is, and many Brits just don't care about her anymore.
"But when someone says no to The Pricey, it makes her even more determined to do something."
However, it is claimed that Price's latest idea has infuriated her management team because they fear it could bankrupt her.
The 31-year-old recently promised that the movie would be "mad" but declined to give any more details about her plans.
