Church would kill for Mel Bs naturally fit body. She probably nearly killed herself getting down to that weight. And I bet theres a lot of heavyduty underwear under her dress too.

I also bet she'll be fat again soon. She suffers from Oprah yoyo syndrome.

Charlotte isn't a yoyo dieter at all. She's always been chubbier, until she started watching what she ate. She didn't change her exercising etc, nor did she starve herself.

Thats what they all say when they suddenly come back all slim. Its obvious she's been on some hardcore health/fitness regime to prepare for her TV reappearance.

You think watching what you eat is a new concept? Like she didnt have that figured out before. Problem is, she is prone to gaining weight easily so she does have to exercise more and starve herself more than others do. If she wants to look slim.

And looking at how her weight has fluctuated over the years Id say she is absolutely a yoyo dieter.
