The snake obviously had its fangs removed. But it still isn't a situation a baby should be put in.
My niece has a pet milk snake and he sits on her neck but she know how to hold it etc..

The Baby was getting ready to tank the snake near the end.

This is probley what they do to entertain themselves on a Friday Afternoon, Stupid African Dicks.
