Probably, but there was some statistics on it, showing the world cup was higher as of 2006, not sure if the 2008 olympics was included as it was done before.

Countries bidding for 2018 & 2022

Australlia
Belgium & Netherlands
England
Japan
Russia
Spain & Portugal
USA

Contries bidding for just 2022

Indonesia
South Korea
Qatar

Looking at that.. in terms of facilities..

England
Spain & Portugal.
Usa

Would be the best 3 choices..

We have the olympics going on so if we had that would be very greedy tbh.

If you get the bid, do you propose to just play all the games @ Wembellly again like the only team in history who had been able to play every tie at their preferred home venue? Even Argentina were made by FIFA to move the team around in 1978
