It is the parents duty to teach their children right from wrong, this mother obviously failed.

Failed: At ensuring the girl understood the benefits of an education,
At helping the young girl in question value herself and her sexuality.
Adequately ensuring the safety of her own daughter by proper parental supervision.
teaching her daughter about telling the truth.

From April, clubs will be classed as sex establishments and residents will be able to oppose venues for being "inappropriate" to the area.
