How has it been for you? There have been some big releases out. Some definite highlights for myself are:
Heidi Montag - Superficial;; such a fun pop album every song is dancable and catchy, the vocals are autotuned to perfection. It's sweet. Fanatic <3
Two Door Cinema Club - Tourist History;; breezy, light, glittery tunes with cute lyrics, one of my favourite new bands in ages, love this album would seriously recommend it. Something Good Can Work <3
Ke$ha - Animal;; though not as good as most of her demos, still a pretty rad debut, full of college party anthems and she keeps the stamina up through out. Your Love Is My Drug <3
MGMT - Congratulations;; there's nothing monumental on here but I'm still letting it grow on me. Album flows really well and it's all very listenable. It's Working <3
Delphic - Acolyte;; great band, need more attention tbh. The album is a fantastic piece of art, kinda easy listening. Doubt <3
Marina & The Diamonds - The Family Jewels;; have been anticipating this album for about a year now and it's met my expectations. Very solid debut, she really shines. I still love all the leaked tracks I've had for months as well as new tracks. Oh No! <3
Ellie Goulding - Lights;; ok, Ellie is terribly overrated, but this album is pretty consistently good, like Marina, I got into her ages ago but the tracks have changed quite a lot from the demos I had. Starsmith is a genius and they mesh well together. Wish I Stayed <3
Goldfrapp - Head First;; great to see Allison and Greg back, this is probably their weakest record artistically but it's still ****ing epic and very radio friendly. I never skip a track. Alive <3
upcoming albums I'm really looking forward to:
Christina Aguilera - Bionic
Kate Nash - My Best Friend Is You
Diana Vickers - Songs From The Tainted Cherry Tree
Hole - Nobody's Daughter
