Apparently wind coming from the Arctic is responsible for the loss of sea ice in the arctic for the last few years.

It would appear is if Global Warming is going the way of other scares now, disappearing under the weight of more reliable studies. Was it just a scam to get us all to buy into the "green culture"?

The plain fact that we are crap at anything else than 3 days ahead in terms of forecasting is always going to scupper this debate

It is all just scare mongering us into buying reusable shopping bags, reducing our "carbon footprint". I saw the funniest thing a few weeks back. An ad preaching to us about switching off the light after we've left the room, etc, and the next ad was for a ****ing car. Hahah.

I don't take any notice of all that bollocks anyway.

Nobody is saying that we shouldn't be responsible and forward thinking when it comes to the care of our planet - that's just common sense and should always be a priority for any society. What I'm saying is that governments bring it up mainly to use it as a political tool, exploiting and repressing groups of people for the sole purpose of lining their own pockets, that's all.
