I don't know actually, I like the Beatles but I've gone made for the Rolling Stones recently so I think I'm gonna say Rolling Stones although whether I think that in the future remains to be seen.

Love both...I reckon I probably love more of the Beatles' material, but some of the Stones' material I rate the best there's ever been. So taking that into account, and the fact everyone's going for the Beatles, I'll say Mick & Co.

Beatles.
The Stones had three years of great material, plenty of filler, and they have been a cabaret act ever since. The Beatles released countless classic studio albums - with singles - over a very short space of time with each album showing a phenomenal progression. How many other bands have their last albums counted as their best?
The Stone's attempt at psychedelia was as hillarious as The Beatles smashing it to pieces and turning the game around again by releasing a blank covered White Album devoid of a single psychedelic song. Even Lennon wrote after the Beatle's demise of how dissapointed he was in them nicking so much of what they done.
I like The Rolling Stones but that like doesn't really extend beyond Best Of terms. Even other bands at the time like Floyd were so artistically far away from them and so much better at progression that Jagger would need a Hubble telescope to see the creative end of David Gilmour's arse.
So yeah The Beatles.

Not really massive on both (disclaimer yes i respect them for making music what it is and all that blah blah blah) I prefer the Hollies..
Wise move. People who don't adhere to that disclaimer should be snapped, logged and filed away in a database what like we do with paedophiles.
