Don't miss Big Brother 2001 star Helen Adams for an exclusive chat to talk about her new exercise video, Dance Workout.

Helen taught dance for years and her video shows that dancing is not only fun but a great way to lose a few pounds and tone up.

This is a unique chance to chat to Helen about her new found fame and what its like to be able to afford Gucci now after dreaming about it for so long.

She is on Tuesday 8th January and 8pm. I know not all of you have AOL, so as soon as the interview has been posted up in full, I will post a copy up!

I'm not on AOL, and I don't know anyone who is, but perhaps we can all think of some questions for you to ask on our behalf Mark.

I expect it will be pretty popular, so we'd better come up with something original, and that she'll want to answer. You know, enquiring, but not TOO nosey. Well, not too obviously nosey.:bouncy:

I'd like to know how the staff in the Gucci shop reacted when she arrived for her Christmas shopping spree. I bet they knew they were guaranteed a few sales. :spin2:

Knowing me I will just ask about one thing and that is PAUL PAUL PAUL!!! She prob wont wanna talk about him but I gotta, this is my one chance!:laugh::hello::dazzler:

I suppose the trick is to ask questions that aren't too blatent. She's supposed to be plugging her video, so anything that ties into that has a better chance of being answered. I think if we at least keep them reasonably contemporary, and try not to hark back to all the things from the Summer that she'll have been asked loads before. The advert talks about her new life in general, so I think we can go a bit off-topic. Depending on who arranged it, she'll probably want to plug herself on Lorraine too.

I've thought of a few ideas for questions that someone may wish to use as a starting point.

I can't really think of that many in relation to the video, but perhaps inspiration will strike once it's out.

1. I think it's great you're doing a video that shows how fun exercise can be and don't require a bizare new eating plan. (suck up comment)
2. Have you made your friends and family y it out? (ie, tell me about Paul dancing to it in the living room)
3. What do the kids back in your dance class make of your video? If you're too tired to teach, can you just put the video on at the front of the class? (She'll probaby want to talk about her background as a dance instructor.
4. Is it better to exercise whilst wearing glitter? (OK, rubbish question, but she might like it) :elephant::dazzler:

General questions about recent life

1. What's the best assignment you've done on Lorraine?
2. Is it true you and Paul went to Posh and Becks for dinner? (Some man I've never met before told me that in the pub last night. I don't think he was winding me up, because he doesn't know about my obsession. Does anyone here know if that's true?)
3. What did you think of Paul dressed up to look like David Beckham for heat? (Not too personal, but hopefully she'll ramble at length, giving away lots of interesting information.)
4. As someone who's always read the glossy mags, what was it like to find out heat had their best selling issue when you were on it? (Nosey question about Helen and Paul disguised as a sensible one about the media.) Plus, I bet she went mad and there's a funny story attached.


It's not fair - I've got loads of questions I want to ask. It's enough to make you want to rush out and install AOL!

FYI there is a chance that you can all enter the chat.

AOL have told me that you needn't be on aol to join their chats.

You simply need to download AIM (aol instant messenger), sign up for a screen name and on the appropriate day visit
http://www.aol.co.uk/communities/chat.html
and join the chat. AIM will launch automatically if you have signed up, and you will be able to enter the chat.

If you look at the chat page now and can't see the 'live chat' option then there isnt one on at the moment. Don't be disheartened though as in the past they put up the link about 5 minutes before the live chat.

I'm gonna have a go at downloading the thingy but if anybody finds it easy to ask a question, could somebody please ask her, now that shes seen the videos and they make her cry etc. What was her favourite moment of her and Paul in the house?
