I like the build up to Christmas, once my Christmas shopping is out of the way. Christmas Day itself is always a bit of an anti climax though after all the build up. Usually end up on the sofa, feeling stuffed from eating and drinking too much, and watching reruns of Only Fools and Horses with my boyfriend and our dog!

I love the build up and the day - I just love Christmas - when I was a teenager I got bored with it ( as you do ) but then when I had my own kids I got a second wind so to speak. My kids are both older now so are not mad keen on the whole mam being excited thing but I just cant help it I love it.
