WHEN these photos landed on our desk at Goss HQ we thought (and hoped) it was a painstakingly bad April Fool.
However, dear readers, it turns out this is the real McCoy.
Former jailbird Jack Tweed has been spotted on a date with Big Brother 8 babe Chanelle Hayes.
The Essex boy, who was recently released from prison on bail, took the sexy Yorkshire lass, 22, out for a day trip to London Zoo.
Club promoter Jack, also 22, even turned gentleman to hold an umb*rella over Chanelle as they trudged around the zoo in the pouring rain.
After hours of glaring at lions and tigers, the car-crash duo decided to browse the shops and stalls at Camden Market.
A well-placed insider told us: “They were having a right laugh together, despite getting soaked walking around in the rain.
“They looked really close and completely at ease in each other’s company as they wandered around the markets.
“They’re a great support for each other following the horrendous ord*eals they have both been through in the past 12 months.
“It’s nice to see them out enjoying life.” Jack, 22, has had a tragic year following the heartbreaking death of his wife, BB3 star Jade Goody.
The party organiser is currently waiting to stand trial over an alleged rape.
Meanwhile troubled Chanelle, who is almost six months pregnant, is getting her life back following a stint in The Priory clinic.
Last year she tried to kill herself with a cocktail of painkillers and wine following a bust-up with her on-off fella, footballerMatt Bates, 23.

Well they both did not have the best year last year. Chanelle does not even look nearly 6 months pregnant in the photo's though? Will Jack take on Chanelle and her baby who is not even his?? mmmmm
