I don't understand why people say they <3 things. They seem to praise the things they "less than three" but the <3 indicates they don't like them! Surely if you adore something, you should "more than nine" it >9
It indicates you love it more than 9, and on the scale that is generally used to rate things (out of ten) you like it the most ^_^.
For example, I don't <3 TiBB... I >9 TiBB.
Maths is the universal language, remember.
