For me its being too nice. At times I wonder why people who are so horrible get whatever they want and the nice people get get literally nowhere in life.
I might actually start acting like a prick to see if people react to me differently.

Nice people get walked over mostly, I dont, but i dont get where i want compared to the pricks or bitches. I also trust everyone and let anyone come into my life. I should be more aware.

I have a friend who used to be really nice and quite quiet but he got fed up of being pushed around, so he decided to live on impulse and how he wanted. He's so much happier but I think he's a complete prick now.

It can go either way really.

I'm a pushover. I need to start standing up for myself a bit more and stop trying to please everyone. It's like at work. At the end of the day the cafe has to be hoovered. No-one wants to do it. We work in pairs on the clean-up shift so when the other person says.. do you want to hoover or shall I.. inside i'm screaming "YOU CAN!" but I always say, "I don't mind?".

I have no self belief. I always think I'm going to fail, lose, be rubbish at things etc... I get myself caught in vicious cycles of self doubt; for example I keep telling myself to join a gym, but I'm too scared to go alone and I'm too embarrassed to go with a friend. I know in my head that this is crap reasoning to not join a gym, but I'm genuinely held back by those fears. It applies to so much in my life. I'm a nervous wreck, ha.
