On iTunes, Click: File > Add file to library, then find where the song is saved and double click on the song

I hate YouTube rips. Anyhoop,

Download the YouTube video to MP3 Convertor > copy&paste the video URL into the programme and let it download > go to your file where it is saved and then drag & drop into your iTunes.

Why don't you just type the name of the singer/band and the song into google with an upload site after it. For example if I wanted to download Taylor Swift's song 'Fifteen' - I would go on to Google and type 'taylor swift fifteen mediafire (can be mediafire/zshare/megaupload/rapidshare there's loads)' and you should get a few results from mediafire or whatever you site you choose. Much better quality than youtube rips too. :)
