Bit early up here for wasps, we had a few bees during the sunny weather of last week. In the first good weather of May the queen wasps come out to nest make. I have to do a daily sweep of my offices to get rid of queens in small nests the size of golf balls.

We had a covering of snow this morning!

Yes Huge Bumble Bees are searching for the right flowers
they will not bother you
move out of there path.

It is still not warm enough for them
its the Sun that brings so many out
searching.

I haven't seen any wasps here up North thank goodness. The place is normally swarming with them in autumn. I hate the bastards.

I have seen 2 or 3 massive fat bees this year so far. They are huge. And I saw a wasp for the first time the other day, buzzing around my tomato plants.

There's loads in the garden, especially some massive bees, so as a result I've been avoiding it like the plague. I'm terrified of the bastards.

Thankfully I don't think any of them have got into the house yet, but we've had plenty of those little tiny ant flies or whatever they are.

Weve had a couple this last week. Because the weathers been nice, weve had the doors open.
Last year we had a wasp nest near our bathroom window, which was a pain. We used to get 6-7 wasps in the bathroom everyday, even when the window was closed. They came in and died. We had to get rid of them before we had showers.
We even had a couple of hornets. Mega-gigantic mahoosive wasps.
