Yeah agree, but of what i can remember of about them all, i got really excited when i seen BB9 aerial shots, & i have say for me it was one of the best series...IMO:blush:

I found this pic, dunno if it is pre bb7 or pre bb8 because it looks like they have started already putting the slidy doors in where the bb8 doors where? and its completly trashed

BB7 house was a completely different shape to BB6 so they had to completely gut it and start again. If you lay one house plan on top of the other, the garden door for BB7 was somewhere in the BB6 bedroom! Whereas BB8-10 have had the door in roughly the same place so they don't need to go to that extreme. That said they bulldozed the back end of the house for BB9.

I think BB7 created the most hype, but BB9 did create quite a lot because of the possibility of the relaunch that never happened.

And BB9 was a re-launch if you look at how **** BB8 was and how many people hated it.. BB9 was one of the best series and was definiatly an improvement on BB8.

Its a shame everyone turned off after BB8 though and didnt give 9 or 10 A Chance.

I wouldn't say BB9 was a relaunch, I'd just say they got their act together that year. And the same amount of people watched BB8 and 9, its just that more people tuned in daily to BB8.

In my opinion, most of the people i know didn't like BB9 because of how boring it became after week 4 or so. It's strange really, majority of my friends actually enjoyed BB8, but they could get into BB9 because they said it didn't have the same "feel" about it.

I don't think it's fair to say that the general opinion of the public is that the show failed after BB8, the show was on its way down right after that race row in my eyes. BB7 was amazing, CBB5 started off pretty amazing too, in between summer 2006 and summer 2007, something must have happened to BB to make people turn off. I think that CBB5 is the main reason why Big Brother lost a lot of its viewers.

Miss the days when the house would have massive changes every year. We pretty much have the same garden on Channel 5 as we have had since Big Brother ended on Channel 4 (only change being the circular bit in the corner). :(

I don't see why they don't make an effort in changing the house layout every year, instead of two.

They make the effort to change the CBB house massively in January. I'd rather they keep that the same as the summer house, with a few minor tweaks, like they did on C4, and save the money for a fresh new layout in the summer.

It's even worse with 3 series of BB per year. 6 series with the same layout is too much.
That BB14 house layout would be more appreciated and held in higher regard if it was just used for BB14, CBB12, and CBB13, and then having a new layout for BB15, CBB14, and CBB15.
