I decided to stay up all night to fix my sleeping pattern because I'm tired (ha) of not being able to sleep until at least 4am. Last night was the last straw - I went to bed at 4.45am and woke up at 4.45pm. Anyway, I'm struggling to stay awake now, what can I do to keep myself awake? I have hot chocolate powder and pro plus at my disposal.

Listen to music that makes you want to dance, or lifts your mood, really loud.

I suggest taking a walk or something.. maybe even a jog. Swimming is also good. Whatever you are doing do not sit down for long periods of time or look at screens etc. They keep your eyes focused and make you feel even more sleepy. Music is also good. Really loud music. Just be quite active really today. Dance around a bit if you don't want to go outside and do something. Oh.. and don't drive.

Lewis, you're wonderful. I think I'll spend the day inside, I don't even want to go have a shower, I just can't be bothered - dancing around to loud music it is! Thank you Joe as well!
But you Aaron. I'll see you in detention.
Keep active. Clean the house, go for a walk. If you sit down or relax, you're gonna want to go to bed. Drink lots of coffee, tea, coke. Anything with caffeine and sugar in.

Red Bull - lots of it.
My mate works at this popular alternative store in Camden, and they sell an energy drink that's so full of sugar and additives that they can only sell it to over 16s. She said she tried it, and after half the can, she couldn't sit still and was on a hype for a good hour or two after she finished it. I want some :(

Have a nap for an hour or two but not a full sleep.
