ITV's Adam Crozier lures Channel 4 director

New ITV boss Adam Crozier (http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/standard/related-37718-adam-crozier.do) has poached Channel 4 director of television Kevin Lygo to be managing director of ITV Studios.

Lygo, who is credited with Big Brother (http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/standard/related-9111-big-brother-tv-show.do)'s success and who lost out in the race to be C4's new boss, will be responsible for such shows as Coronation Street (http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/standard/related-40859-coronation-street-soap-opera.do).

Crozier wants Lygo to ensure ITV makes more hits rather than having to buy them in.
