That's what I've been wondering about too but this is what the Time wrote about her: http://www.time.com/time/specials/packages/article/0,28804,1984685_1984864_1984871,00.html

She ranked 9 out of 25 in the Leaders category.

An odd list?

I think it's interesting because it's focussed on people who may not be the most famous (except the Gaga one) or you might think as "the most influencial" but when you think about it, they are making changes.

Lula is exceptional, what he is doing for his country is outstanding and is helping his country to become one of the biggest leader in 50 years. He really deserves that spot. Still, he isn't that much in the public eye like Obama is.
Gaga was an obvious choice, love her or hate her, she owned the industry in 2009, she was everywhere.
I wasn't expecting Clinton because Oprah Winfrey was the favourite (she's been named 7 times) but he's done more good than he did when he was President, he's a kind guy.

I love the cover too

Well yeah ... not that I think she deserves to be there or anything, but because she is usually involved in everything like this.

Today she was voted most desirable woman in the world.

Yeah but you can't compare FHM with such a serious magazine as Time.

I think she was voted most desirable woman by FHM in France too. But no one knows who she is hahaha
