I used to be completely obsessed with the song. I would have had over 500+ plays of it if I hadn't lost all of my iTunes library few years ago. I remember when it was first released I was going on holiday somewhere and we had this song blaring in the car on the way to the airport. Ahh, good times. :love: This song was probably when I first properly got into music.

Agree to this. Such a fantastic album and performed amazingly live as well. Just a shame Hard Candy didn't live up to Confessions standard. But that was to be expected really.

HC was a pile of **** I seriously hate that album, even the singles aren't timeless. Confessions is one of, is not her best. and Hard Candy is one of, if not, her worst. Just makes her seem like a Nelly Furtado wannabe and ugh there are sooo many fillers.

Yeah I know what you mean. Seems like she wanted to try something different but didn't quite work out to plan. I haven't listed to the album in ages and I don't feel in a rush to do so either. I remember when it was first released there were 1 or 2 songs I liked but looking back now even those were appauling for Madonna's standards.

the only songs I EVER listen to from it are 4 Minutes and Miles Away. even Give it 2 Me annoys me and as for the album tracks, they're bad for anyone to release but for Madonna to release.. :/

Yeah, I especially hated the guest vocals from Pharell on Give It 2 Me and from Kanye on Beat Goes On. Both totally pointless in my opinion and made the song's even more tacky and irrelevant. She was trying to be cool but it just didn't work.

Add Like It or Not to that list and it'd be perfect. :love:

tbh there are no Confessions tracks I actually dislike, the album flows so well, I think that, like Britney's Blackout, it benefited massively from her not trying to be the sort of singer she isn't and not bothering attempted a single ballad.
