Yep Villareal are a good passing side and are pretty good at home. Diego Forlan up against his old side too, Villareal's only weakness is Barbosa, their keeper. If Man United let Riquelme get on the ball he will punish them.

Mart Poom don't you mean? He's a good keeper and provides good back-up.

Dan_

Yep when he was still at Derby. He would have been better than some of the jokers they have had in goal in recent years.

Oh dear, Wayne Rooney sent off tonight for clapping sarcastically at the referee.

In the words of Captain Mainwaring, 'You stupid boy!'.

Rooney is an insult to football. He made his false promises of turning over a new leaf only a few weeks ago, and then promptly proceeded to shame his nation. And now he's at it once again. Old strawberry beak lost his grip years ago, but there are few that could tame an ignorant animal such as Rooney, anyway. And Ferguson likes his thugs - Cantona, Keane, Scholes, Smith, etc. If Rooney is let out of his cage at Anfield at the weekend, we'll no doubt see another repeat performance. The Kop will tell him that he's fat and ask him who ate all the pies, and the neanderthal will lose it again. God knows why, though - he is, and he obviously did. And having sold out his own city for a truckload of cakes and a gutter rag's cheque thrust into his sweaty little trotters, he really can't expect anything less.

I hope one of our players does wind Rooney up if he plays because it will only help us. I hate how people say oh he is only young so don't blame him but he's just an over agressive little thug.

If he carries on acting this way I don't want him starting for England because however good he is, he will be no use if he get's wound up and sent off. I am glad he is suspended for the next England game and all. Owen and Crouch will make a better partnership anyway.
