Or folks can just tune in to C4+1.

BB5 was up against the European Championships and was a huge success despite getting less than 2 million viewers on the night England were beaten (on penalties, of course, though not to the Germans!). BB7 was up against another World Cup and was also a sucess.

BB was new then and was in its peak kind of. Its not now. Still a good show, no doubt but not in its peak.

Hopefully a late start is an indicator that Ch4 are pulling out the stops and putting huge effort into making it the biggest and best BB series ever.
