and i feel really creeped out idk, and then i looked outside and there is a van outside my house and it's been there for like 10/15 mins and it's not moving but there is someone inside.

I remember one incident several years ago, which also inspired a plot line on the Bill.

Locals got suspicious of a van, where people were inside watching people go into a supermarket.

The police were called and they staked it out, waiting for the right moment to move in.

And then they moved in to arrest all those in the van.

It tunred out it as a DSS investigation unit trying to catch people out who were working and claiming unemployment benefit.
