I will bet anyone here if Labour gets back into power on Friday, Gordon Brown won't last a year.

If you vote Labour tomorrow, you're really voting for David Milliband http://www.topnews.in/files/David-Miliband1_0.jpg

Everyone knows the Labour Party think Gordon Brown is a complete idiot. But they have had to keep him to save face. Losing him so near to a General Election would look very bad.

But I tell you, the real person they want in is David Milliband.

Remember in 2005 when you voted for Tony Blair? You thought he'd be there for FIVE YEARS. You were wrong. Labour knew he wasn't gonna stick around before the 2010 Election was held.

And Labour know it now that Brown will be 60 next year and will kicked out in favour of Milliband. The writing is on the wall.

Remember where you heard it first. :)

The Parliamentary Labour Party were wanting Gordie as Tone had proven "New Labour" was a pile of populist poo devoid of principles.

Gordie was/is a socialist but has proven to be a terrible figurehead for the UK.

Labour MPs need to reflect back to their socialist principles or else they will find their majorities wiped-out. This is what happened when Scottish local elections/MSP elections took place - socialists under the guise of SNP wiped the floor with them, took power in traditional Labour heartland Councils and the Scottish Parliament.

For once I agree with the Labour Party - not wanting Gordon Brown as Prime Minister is eminently sensible.

Lol - now even Cherie Blair has put the boot in by saying Brown is a liability.

David Milliband looks like a future PM. I also fancy him haha. He would be a great choice to succeed Gordon Brown as Labour leader whatever the result and however long before Gordon steps down.
Alan Johnson is another name being thrown about for the Labour leadership, it will come down to who Mandelson supports

I'm impressed. This MP guy is the first instance of a Brown hater in the Labour party I've seen who is not an arch Blairite.

Amazing the power Mandelson wields for a twice disgraced MP.
