right, i dunno what the **** has happened but basically it ran out of battery, i put it on charge and it makes the little 'bleep' noise when you put it on charge, but the screen is just glowing white? and then it'll turn off and start displaying the white screen again.

it's been like this for ****ing ages and it's frustrating me so much i want to smash it up.
