For me there's a male 'rapper' every year I should hate but I can't but find their songs infectious.

2009 was Tinchy Stryder for me, and this year it's Chipmunk.

Both did cute little "i love you blud" duets with randomers, and I love both of those songs dearly. [Never Leave You // Until You Were Gone]

I like a lot of really cheesed up Dutch trance. Stuff like Heaven by DJ Samy and a lot of Tiesto's singles are absoloutely rocking, despite the contrived, repetetive production practices that I know exist in the genre.

There is far more to rap music than women, money and drugs. Alternative rap has quite a lot going on. Try Kool Kieth, MF Doom, DJ DangerMouse, KRS One, Jurassic 5 and the Pharcyde. All far more interesting than Eminem and no "bitches", "hoes" or "bling".
