View Full Version : Your BB 'Death' Ideas..

When i found out about the new BB advert my head started popping with ideas on what it could be about.. Did you? Well if so lets share!

This year i thought there will be NO eye flashes.. just short clips of a coffin being carried through the cemetery and housemates walking behind

My idea for the main advert for the death of BB includes the crying and stuff.. With a twist.. Themes going back to the past series'. The camera would pan across the past housemates for example Makosi rubbing her tummy and looking at Anthony.. Then looking to the camera and saying 'i think i might be pregnant' , Pete from BB7 looking into the grave and saying 'W*nkers' , Nadia crying EXACTLY like when she won BB5. Just loads of themes like that.. Then the eye fading in with slow BB music playing throughout the advert and Marcus says when it starts and stuff..

However when BB starts and the grave adverts stops that is not the last we see of the grave.. After the lights go out and the winner is anounced the last shot we see is Davina at the graveside..

Pan across the graveyard with mist and fog.. and we get to BB's grave..

Davina: *Crying* Sorry i couldn't make it for your funeral Big Man.. *taps the grave, puts down a single red rose down and steps back* I just couldn't make it.. But I'm here now.. I'm so sorry it had to end like this.. :(

But then a hand appears from the ground and Big Brother's famous voice says 'Big Brother Will Get Back To You'



My mind went into overload just now.. and only a true BB fan in my eyes would go into such detail haha.. so what do you think?

Do you have any ideas?? :)

on the main advert they could have them all looking sad at the funeral, and then show them all parting at the reception, or even the reception could be BB11

I think the idea of the coffin being carried instead of eye flashes would be really effective, I like that :p and the music being all slow and opera-ey :tongue: like during the CBB ads

The eye flashes could be from different angles and stuff.. Again with the themes, Richard could be comforting lea who is in tears..

It could be subtle too, like the camera is focused on the coffin as it goes passed, but the camera doesnt move.
Then after all the mourners have follwed the coffin you see the eye briefly on the grounf

It could be in New Orleans style - like the scene in the Bond film Live and Let Die where it is a sombre march, and then partying.

LIES. But i did have thee idea of Davina being the one who is in the confin, not BB.. Maybe she died when BB did?

Well she does think she is bigger than the show so it would be just like her to upstage it.

iam thinking just plain black eyeflashes and the adverts with all ex housemates crying round a coffin with a bb eye reif then on the launch night big bright eye apears davina pops up saying ''it is the end but not yet welcome to big brother 2010'' :elephant:

I don't think Davina thinks this.. for the past few years a lot have said.. Davina is bigger than the show.. well she is certainly a vital part of it. Will not be the same without her presenting it!
