Kissing contestants earn Roberto's respect
EX-BIG Brother housemate, Roberto Conte made a surprise appearance at Southampton's Bargate shopping centre to urge on contestants in the Power FM Kiss My Astra Challenge.
Just three kissing competitors remain in the fifth and final day of the contest, which sees hopefuls puckering up to the paintwork of a prize car. Two smoochers have already lost their chance of winning the £14,500 vehicle by removing their lips from its bodywork.
Italian Roberto, who admits he has a reputation for romance, said: "I could handle this kind of challenge! It's incredible what they are doing - it shows all kinds of stamina. Even if they don't win the car they will come away with the experience."
Roberto, 32, then encouraged contestants with a few kisses of his own.
The winning kisser is expected to be announced later today.
