The iconic Eye logo for the final series of Big Brother on Channel 4 this year has been revealed.
It consists of hundreds of vibrantly coloured flowers in the style of a funeral wreath, which tie in with the recent teaser trailers that have been airing on the channel.
Earlier this month, housemates from the past ten series attended a mock funeral for the Diary Room chair as previously reported.
A full trailer will air for the first time on Monday night after the first episode of Davina McCall's new Million Pound Drop gameshow.
A source said: "as the Diary Room chair is lowered into the ground the scene erupts into a colourful mardi gras as the true nature of the show is celebrated with a joyful explosion of confetti, carnival music and dancing."
David Williams, commissioning editor for Big Brother at Channel 4, commented: "Yes the series is ending and yes we wanted to mark that but we also wanted to show viewers that Big Brother is essentially an incredible entertainment show and there are plans afoot to ensure that a carnival atmosphere of fun and enjoyment will be at the forefront for what we hope will be a lively final series."
Big Brother 11 starts next month.

It's...different. Every eye is different each year but this one is more different...if that makes sense ? It's not something you would expect from C4.

it's been brought to my attention by bout 20 people so far that the flower logo completely rips off my art work - i could have done it better, and probably cheaper...!

No you can't, but as the so-called designer lives 5 minutes away from Bastos Productions, and the Flower Shop who made the original have been selling Bastos' designs for 3 years now... oh- up until 2 months ago - what an AMAZING co-incidence..
i sincerely hope you never work for years on something only to have it ripped of under your nose.. FB group... "is the new big brother flower logo plagiarised - YOU DECIDE!":nono:

It is a bit upsetting to see anyones artwork so blatantly copied, I mean put yourself in that position, and be honest with yourself here, if you had art that you were working on for years and all of a sudden, someone blatantly rips off your concept , like badly in the sense that its sooo bleedin obvious and you see it everywhere now, wouldnt you feel a bit annoyed at it all??
I even feel a bit for the person who did the ripping off, how do you walk down the street past the place where bastos productions is based, knowing truly you ripped them off....
Again nothing against Big brother or Endemol per se, but perhaps they were unaware of what has happened and at least are aware now that the "designer" of their logo, stole from someone who has a very lovely and original concept.
The facts are laid out for all to see. Perhaps the "designer" would care to defend themselves, but they seem unusually silent ...........
Again for shame.......:nono:

Lol
Flowers are not a lovely, original concept. They are flowers. Flower wreaths have been layed at funerals and used in carnivals for hundreds of years now. And now they are being used in the carnival that is the death of BB.
Now **** off and stop making multiple accounts/getting your mates to sign up you ****ing ****.

There is no need for name calling here. I actually dont know who is bastos productions, nor am I overtly concerned per se, I do design work for a living and Im sure you have seen stuff I have done assuming you have been in a fairly well populated city in Europe, and you will most likely see it weirdly enough, in more places than you would expect....
All I am pointing out, is as a designer, an original concept is something that is very important, its what defines you as someone different, its and in the end gets you work. Im merely defending bastosproductions for the sheer fact that nothing makes me more annoyed than seeing work plagerised as in the end it makes it harder work for designers, as potential employers see things like this and perhaps have a bit of fear that what they are "buying" is not an original idea which in the end they paid for.
Someone pointed this out to me through the wonders of facebook and this is why I decided to add my opinion to it, if you choose to actually look at the facts presented, and you do any creative work, then I think you would understand why it may cause you some annoyance.
Again I am only offering a viewpoint here, like most others, and Im sure there are many things in the world of the internet and also in life that you feel the need/desire to voice an opinion on. Sometimes you stay quiet, and sometimes you feel the need to express your opinion. As I have mine

I think the logo is blatant rip-off of Vogue magazines Creative Director Robin Derrick's 'Cut Flowers' show from last year. I went to see it and when I saw this logo I actually thought it was one of the wreaths from his exhibition. I guess he must be pissed off right now. I hear Endemol are famous (or should that be infamous) for ripping off peoples ideas and for being extremely litigious tho. I suppose if its out in the public domain its fair game and very hard to prove anyway
