nope its has round windows on the bubble i cnt imagine them finding blinds for it so when they need to cover it up to stop them from looking out i mean say if there was a plane with a banner or somthing its starnge.

Don't see them doing that with it. I think it's just gonna be a 'snug' type area.

As for blanking off the windows, they don't need to use blinds to do it if they thought there was a requirement. They'd just use something else.

And if there was a need to blank off the windows if it was the diary room then the need is still there no matter what room it is, no?

And the cameras would be steamed up all the time. Great!

The Diary Room has to have direct access to the outside world so that HMs can be removed.

This position of the archipod would not permit it to be used for that purpose. Looks more the equivalent of BB5's snug.
