the problem with using quotation marks is that you would then have to put "Tim Westwood is a w****r" for example... and there might be some sites which say "Tim Westwood. What a w****r".. you see. So, even though it will never be 100% accurate without the quotation marks, it will still give us a better laugh when more sites are returned.
