Aubergines

My nan has randomly brought some of these today, they feel like plastic! :p
Anybody ever had them? Good?

Ive always fancied trying one of them butternut squashes.

Yeah they do look interesting, shame! :( How did you have it Claudy? I dont think were using them tonight but apparently they will be sliced and have melted mozzarella and sauce on top, sounds quite yum.

I had them in stir fry and a type of curry thing. Althought I'd like to try it the way you're having it, that sounds very nice.

I had these friends in my German class who were twins and we had a private joke about aubergines. I'm not sure why...they just look so funny.

I've never tried them and don't really plan on it... I'm too fussy with my food lol

LOL they do look unusal, theyre quite light aswell, they look heavy for some reason.
