Depends. I wouldn't say it offends me as such, but I do find it a bit off when someone swears in a post for no reason, there's always an alternative to swearing.

No, I dont and hardly anyone does which is why I dont know why people like myself are given infractions by saying words like 'Idiot' to another member when it probably doesn't offend them in the slightest.

No,not really. But it all depends on the context,if people are trying to be offensive than it is offensive but usually it's just people just swearing in a joking way or talking about general things.

Linda!!!! Did you see the Grey's finale??

Smithy

Not offended, but sometimes I think it's uncalled for, like people just swear for the sake of it.

I know, and when she knew she'd miscarried, and still carried on operating... so much drama. GA is always dramatic, but I think they excelled themselves with this finale. I absolutely loved it.

It was so sad :( Soo much drama,I don't think I breathed for 2 hours,it was just one thing after another. S7 better be amazing after a finale like that.

But serisouly, no. I swear in every other sentence in real life depending on the company I'm with, but if I'm on the internet I will usually astericks out letters so I don't offend anyone. Same in real life if I'm with strangers or people I know won't appreciate me swearing.

I don't get where this "would of" comes from. It doesn't make sense! You don't say "would'f" do you? WOULD HAVE, WOULD'VE. Don't kids learn English?

That doesn't really make any sense though. Yeah, you could use other words, but the person likes swearing so swears instead.

What makes it unacceptable to you?

Not offended - just don't like idiots shoving it in my face! Repeated/constant swearing is boring - and usually comes from idiots that think it makes them sound cool - when really it makes them just sound like the idiots they are!

I never said it was. I'm simply stating that your moral compass is a bit skew ways and you shouldn't be commenting on other people's habits when you have a few of your own that could be considered distasteful by some. Sure you had a nun shot before for feck sake. Ah, you're just a stirrer, that's all there is to it.

Couldn't care less. Because it's their opinion and it is just a word.

I'd be more worried about whether my mum was going to be attacked physically, not verbally.
