Nope I'm 90% sure its before, I'm sure they had like 'Day -5' before BB10 and the housemate pics were black silhouettes of previous HMs.

Yes, they usually put it up like 5 days before with housemate sillouhettes. (Past HM's)

I don't think the website will be released until the show has almost launched,infact I bet there wont be anything until the week it starts. So either on the Mon or Tues because by then the HM's would've been in their care to take promo bits and bobs and thus the silhouettes that the site sports pre-launch.
