Does anyone think some HMs were deliberately chosen to replace ones from previous series?

I.e. Was Stuart BB2 deliberately picked to be the new Nasty Nick?
In BB8 were Chanelle and Charley picked to become the new Nikki BB7?
And Alex BB9 picked to compete with Charley BB8?

Any others that come to mind? :)

people have said that based on her VT, Rachel was meant to be the new Nikki or something like that!

I think they are very predictable and go for the same type! A couple of glamour girls, a gay, a macho moron, a couple of bitches, posh guy/gal etc! Just replace one lot with another!

Well tbf they know what mixtures work and they need to pander to various tastes. Plus its not easy for them to get to the root of peoples personality during the interview process. Especially when many tell lies to get in(IM a bisexual for example). So they kind of have to go with the more obvious defining features just to ensure a good mixture.

And bimbos have become a firm fixture of BB. Like the sun has page 3.

I think you're right. In particular, I think Sharon Powers cast BB9 so it could be the next BB6

Makosi - Sylvia
Orlaith - Maysoon
Kemal - Dennis
etc etc

And Raph you're so right! Why the hell was she so hyper in her audition VT?
