sorry about caps*
Hiya scooby. The funeral is an important part of the grieving process I always think. Obviously, it doesn't mean that everything is hunky dory again after the funeral, and no doubt you will still have some very sad moments - but I do think it helps you move on.
Hope you're feeling okay considering everything

Have a funeral myself tomorrow night, not a nice thing to have to go to.:bored:
Aww, glad you're back Scoob, and that's gonna be bad as well, Lance!
Scooby, IDK if it will help, but if you're thinking about him, imagine what he'd say if he saw you being like that. It worked for me when my Granny died, she kept swearing at me. It made me laugh, and I think I thought "I'll not be unhappy forever, I'll be happy again", so I just kept doing that. She died last year, and I occasionally think about her, but it's always happy thoughts, never unhappy... Hope it works for you!!!

Scooby I hope that you are not having to bad a day today - each day will be a little step closer to feeling normal for you. Grieving for someone has no rules so you just do what you feels is right for you at the time. Take care honey and hang in there.
