For me, obviously Glastonbury has ****loads of amazing ones - I'd kill to see Stevie Wonder - but I'm really impressed by Isle of Wight and Oxegen. But on account of having the Strokes, Blondie AND Sir Paul McCartney, I'd say Isle of Wight.

T4 on the Beach sounds like my idea of hell.

T4 is like someone set out to custom build a festival of everything I hate about life.

Silly UK urban, vacouous popstars posing as artists, beaches, chavs, Topman Twatbags, the lot.

The thing with Glastonbury is that they try to cater for every possible musical taste, but in the process make it a bit of a mish-mash. I mean who REALLY wants to see Corinne Bailey Rae on the Pyramid stage?

I think Oxegen are quite on the money with that this year...ranging from Eminem to BEP to Ellie whatserface

I think the diversity is what makes it interesting. My problem with Glasto is that it's all clean and corporate now, when it's meant to be about muck, getting out of it, and sneaking in.

A lot of kids who go to Glasto now actually worry about getting muck on them. Like ... it's a legit worry for them. They show up in their crazy little indie clothes ready for a weekend of totally rad mainstream, safe fun and get pissy when mud gets on them.

That's part of the fun, baby.

What a bunch of tossers. They should stick to Clubland gigs where you can get a nice free glowstick and a bit of Budweiser in a plastic cup.

Bayreuth Festival of course :)

In all seriousness though... I'd say All Tomorrow's Parties. Glastonbury and Oxegen are up there though.

I'd rather avoid Leeds or Reading with it being full of 12 year olds.

Glastonbury. I went to Evolution Festival on sunday and monday. amazing! making a thread soon. I was at evolution too. Didnt see many bands though I was too busy drinking lol. Really wish i had seen example, enter shikari, ellie goulding and hadoken. But did see the futureheads, calvin harris, and tinchy stryder who just ruled! Lots of bruises from that weekend. Was great!
