Right, so I'm a bit bored of painting and wanted to mess about doing caricatures for awhile because it was once something that I really loved doing. What I'm basically saying is you're all my guinea pigs and please don't take any of the drawings to heart! It's just me messing about and trying to get back into the habit of drawing them quickly and well.

It's my first effort in ages; takes awhile to get your eye back and start really exaggerating peoples features. Who knows, in a couple of days time I might end up really offending people, and not just by sticking a cig in their mouths!

That's the prob though - want them to look like you but be cartoonish without offending anyone. Really tricky.

I have to use a felt tip pen though to darken them because I'm just using shi$$y photocopying paper and it wont hold the pencil etchings well, you know? Lose some of the detail that way but I'm not wasting good sketching paper on you lot. hee hee.
