Tim was my favourite initially but hes a lazy bastard and got Rhys fired

Zoe is by far the best. One of the most stand out contestants i've seen

Confident, most of the time she knows what shes on about - if not she blags it well

Sir Alan says, academically Hannah has it, but practically not yet, however Kirsty isnt as good academically and failed practically, hence shoulda gone! I did like her but she was crap tonight, and Sir Alan is relying on 'sparks' he senses...

He said similar things with Hibah, saying she was academically capable, I think the experience would help them practically and so he shouldnt fire them without giving it more of a thought, espicially when those who are ok practically arnt actually amazing themselves, the whole experience is to help them improve along the way.

Scapegoating? Kirsty was at fault for the failure of the task. Kirsty was sent to get TOM, she didn't get him because of the utter disrespect for the subject she had.

It had nothing to do with being out of a comfort zone, she just didn't care enough or show enough care for it to make it a bit less obvious.

She kind of disrespected him in a way and that is the key fact on why they lost. Hannah went because of kirsty.

What another poor decision by Sir Alan. Why fire Rhys last week? and Hannah this week? When Tim should've been fired both times. I really don't like this method of elimination, and sure hope Tim doesn't win, as he's the laziest and most incapable of the bunch. Hopefully the final 3 will be Emma, Arjun and Zoe - as they're the most talented in the field. I would then like Arjun to go along and win it. Performed well every week, and never causes any fuss. A great junior apprentice. :thumbs:

No, Kirsty knows what she's doing far more than the other cretins in her group. She may have lost them their artist which was a bad move, but the other two teamed against her just like they did last week. Their laziness and general unenthusiasm towards the task got Rhys fired. Sugar's not stupid, he could see this and he fired the right person this week. Tim is gonna go soon if he doesn't pull his ****ing socks up.

And Zoe should learn how to control her face. You can really tell when she is lying or because she has a massive fake grin afterwards. Or when she is unhappy about something because what she says does not match up to her facial expressions. Sometimes you need to blag your way through, and for someone as emotionally expressive as she is, some people are not gonna fall for it.

The right person went, talk about dim! Arjen should win, he gets the job done without any hoo ha or being an arse. Zoe has some good qualities but shes so far up herself and not a team player

It's just the way he dodges and ducks things. He could probably be quite charming like in the last episode, but there just doesn't seem much effort in him. Also he's always the first to complain.

The thing is, Kirsty was VITAL in winning and the losing of the task. Her task was to get Tom, she failed. She was the vital reason they lost. I always thought you take out the vital thing which stops progress.

I quite like Tim, but as a person. I like him in the same way I liked James is last years apprentice, really nice personality, but by no means should win the competition.

I'm a fan of Arjun, seems a really nice lad, and can perform too, one sale he made was more than the other team made collectively on Wednesday. I think Zoe would be a good winner too, but I can imagine she'd be a complete arse to work with. So bossy and demanding, I really wanna dislike her but she always seems to get the job done. Having saig that, not listening to other ideas is not a good quality to have in business even if you can get the job done at the end. It will drop the morale of the team.
