Well when she was standing next to Tim in the art gallery she was half his size.
I dont think Tim is over 6 foot so my guess is she stands at 3 foot then.

She seems really, really small considering nobody else is even tall. Tim's probably about 5'9''/5'10''.

I'd say Zoe is about 5 feet 8 or 9, and Tim maybe 5'11". Thanks for the feedback. :)
