View Full Version : I can [kind of] confirm live feed is back...

I used to own a website and therefore know how to look at websites' codes - it's basic, I know, but I just thought I'd mention it for those who doubt me. Lol.. anyway, in C4's BB website code, it mentions live feed being on a delay:

Using a setting on my web browser, I have removed the html tags and this is what it looks like when the HTML tags have been removed... (this is of course legal, as it only changes it locally so only I can see the changes!!)

But why would it be there ready to put on, but not actually on the site. That bit of the code is surrounded by another code that would hide it from actually appearing on the webpage for now.

I was a bit excited when I saw this...
As has been said above, the code has been hidden by HTML tags FOR NOW. If it was just for E4, wouldn't they have already put it on?
If you ask me, the designers haven't left that there on accident either. I think channel 4 know what they are doing and are trying to toy with us...

They would only start putting it on the site when the series launches, and E4 feed has started.
You shouldn't take this html code as some sort of confirmatioon.

It's a good hint I suppose but I won't be getting my hopes up. At least then I won't feel disappointed if it's not back.

Hadn't seen it on there, and I don't use the Digital Spy forums. If it was there before, not my fault no one had posted it here. I didn't claim credit for it, I simply said what I had discovered.

But anwyays seriously, i hope this means the actual thing that we all think, i mean the hints are all there and the code or the website is pretty much a strong lead.

I just hope there is some sort of Official Press Release about it, so it can be official confirmed for us all.
But if Live Streaming is back...I believe there will in fact be a Press Release about it - and I am thinking tomorrow? The house images are released tomorrow afternoon to the people on the press package list, so I think we may hear something about Live Streaming IF it is back.
I keep forgetting the IF part too - I have to keep reminding myself that LS isn't actually back yet hehe!
