19 Housemate places?

Ive counted the pictures of heads on the BB website, It counts 19 places... If the theory of ''40 hopefuls'' is true, well then there trying to whittle it down to 19...

That sounds a lot. Too many at the beginning gets a bit confusing. Not enough time to get to know them all. Should be 15 very max.
