Question about the Press Mailing List

If I wanted to get myself on it, what would my occupation need to be?

Would being a Media student [which I am] come under 'media correspondents'?

And would I be required to verify my identiy or something?

They are cutting back this year. You have to have a website and not a site like "XXX.moonfruit.com" and have to fill in a questionnaire.

Everybody that was on it before had to reapply. - Tbh, i hope you don't get an account because to many people are getting these emails and a breaking embargoes and spoiling it for others.

Why do you need them before anyone else?

it is a load of ****e especially some up their own arses sites that think they are better than everyone else because they have it early and your not allowed to see it yet :rolleyes:

The only information I had to give was my website's URL and my contact details.

wrong the only people that it spoils it for are the people that use it just to get more traffic to their own site.
it just annoys most people having a little fansite rub it in your face that they know something you dont.

it might be this the drongos on the list get very protective about it they wont help you.
