The 'We Don't want the BB1 Chair back' Fan Club!

So it appears according to Insiders we may get a BB1 Chair only abit larger for the final series.

We all know how amazing this house is, why the hell ruin it with a stupid old chair that no one cares about?

Realisticly if they want to go down memory ****ing lane with the chairs they should of used BB7s to match the house.

Now, I for one am fed up with the constant arse licking of BB1 this past month.

BB1 was focussed on heavily in the Inside Story.
BB1 got far more attention in that Davina photoshoot.
BB1 got its DR Chair burried.

And now they want to go and use it for the final series.

No, okay just no.

Why would they randomly use the BB7 chair?

The idea of a giant BB1 chair sounds good to me. Better than the gimmicky crap this January.

This all going to the 'inside story' I heard about how the house will somehow revolve back to the beginning.

What amazed me was Davina saying she thought the BB10 house was the best decor and how she loved the BB10 chair.
OK.
I thought THAT season was one of the worst and I hate the effing BB10 chair.

I'm thinking.... the BB1 chair will end up there at the end of the series but not during. Look for some cool stuff like that in this series.

This reminds me - I was also tipped off you should look for other BB1 (and other series) famous props, furniture, decorations to be appearing in this house.

I think its is VERY cool and love this kind of thing where the house and decor itself will sort of become a 'living memory' as we go.

Of course Big Brother 1 has got a lot of attention over the last month or so - Big Brother 1 made 'Big Brother', if you like. If BB1 was a mess-up and people hated it, we might have been seeing Big Brother axed before BB11...it might not be here now. So I think BB1 has the right to have all the attention...

As for the BB1 Diary Room Chair - insiders have been saying it is going to be in the same sort of shape as the BB1 chair, however it is going to be a lot bigger and it is going to be jazzed up a bit - so when they have finished with it I don't think we'll be too bothered it was 'BB1' but I can tell you now, they aren't just going to dump thr BB1 chair back in there :) - that was so 10 years ago...

Its an iconic peice of the show, the Diary Room.
And it would be nice for the final series if we had a good one to end it not go back to a shitty chair even if they do make it bigger theres no WOW or Fun factor to it.

I would be fine with BB1 as a starting point, and I don't think it's realistic to think they'd just put the same relatively unimpressive chair in for the final season. I'd blow it up, make it look melted like BB5, make it leather like BB7, maybe some neon from BB8, but still purple.

I will say I want the traditional BB chair style and no BB6/BB10 funny business.

I've sat on the BB9 chair :) ...............in Madame Tussauds lol :hugesmile: but still it was a live sized replica, and it was really comfy. The thing was huge!

And if they put in the BB1 chair, it will just make the diary room the ugliest room in the best house ever, C4 keep the standard up please! :D

Patrick i dont mean to sound patronising but how old are you 15? You would have only been like 5 when BB1 was on so therefor didnt live through the phenomenon that was the original Big Brother.

Its very relevant to have the BB1 chair and i fully support it. And they are not just gonna dump the same old chair in there so lets get over that idea its gonna be a huge jazzed up version (apparently)

Plus it would go perfectly with the rest of the decor

I have a basic idea of how much of s Phenomenon it was but thats besides the point.

This is the best house yet, and theres hardly any purple in it them just throwing an old purple chair in there would just kill it.

They need somthing new and fresh and this is the same series produced by Kate that claims 'No Nostalgia' will be in this series.

Have a much larger BB1 style chair with the same sort of willow pattern around the walls and similar lighting to the rest of the house and it could be good
