I recently lost all the music on my iTunes and I'm trying to get it all back.
I also want some new stuff, so please can you all suggest some good tunes/bands for me to download (:
I like pretty much anything but please no Justin Bieber or Miley Cyrus!
Thank you! x

I'm 35, so i guess my music taste won't count...i like 60's 70's music. Anyone else?

If you like indie-ish type of music then Kasabian, The Fratellis (but only their first album, it's amazing) Arctic Monkeys and The Wombats.
I'd also recommend Blur, Fatboy Slim, Faithless, Muse, Prodigy, Queen, The Killers and Vampire Weekend.
It all depends on what you like, but those are a few bands/artists that a lot of people like regardless of their taste.

mmm..80's. Yes - 90125 (not old Yes proge, but powerful well produced rock songs). Duran Duran - Rio. And Grand Theft Auto Vice City soundtracks would give you a whole range of 80's music. There could be many suggestions but still i don't know if you would like em.

Ok :xyxwave: As i said earlier, (even it's game soundtrack), It will give you a whole perspective of 80's music. Actually there is 8 or 9 CD's of that stuff, but it is quite impresive and good package :wavey:

Asking Alexandria are amazing <33 so are A Day To Remember and Bring Me The Horizon.
I heard some ADTR songs and they have some nice heavy breakdowns.
Also, Attack Attack! are seemingly popular now, I think they're crabcore (No idea what that is).

Bumpssss. Need more music please :)
Some more bands from the top of my head:
Metallica
Iron Maiden
Guns N Roses (But Axel, their lead singer, is a big douche)
Pantera (But like GnR, their lead singer is a douche)
Slayer
Megadeth
Anthrax
Opeth
Lamb of God (Not really into them, but some of my friends love them)
Some well known musicians (I think most of them are solo artists):
Michael Angelo Batio
Steve Vai
Joe Satriani
John Petrucci
Jimi Hendrix
Yngwie Malmsteen
Slash
Paul Gilbert
Also, try Apocalyptica, they do covers of metal songs using cello's, it sounds pretty amazing.
