Harvest Festival

harvest at our school
some of the staff spent ages aranging a display of fruit and veg on our school stage for our service tomorrow but as i was going home some of the kids were having a sprout fight pelting sprouts at each other. I turned a blind eye.

although it's such a long time since I was at school I still remember harvest festival being dressed as a mouse and one of my ears falling off during the service in church:blush:
I don't think they let me be one the year after:bawling:

Every year we make harvest baskets.We put loads of non-persiable food in them and decorate them.So far my class has done a pumpkin,Big Bird and a burger.We are doing sponge bob squarepants tomorrow
After someone wins for best Harvest basket,we give them to homeless shelters:spin:

I remember having to do harvest festival at school. It was sooo boring...

we have collected money this yeay for kids with cancer

Well that's a good cause. :)
Don't get me wrong, it's great to give to charity, I just didn't like the festival. It all seemed a bit unnecessary...

i suppose its because i work in school that its all nice
