It is a carousel canopy. It was mentioned in one of the other threads. It was in the background of Emma's house tour video yesterday as well.

yeah that looks likely with what looks like a carousel roof going up above the door, it would fit with the theme.

The entrance door is completely different from other series’. It has a circus theme all around with a 3D half circle with lights coming out from the top and blue pole lights around the house, that will probably light up and flash like a circus/fair ground

because the stage is in front of the screen, it looks like it is to the right of the stairs rather than in front of them. do you think a walkway will come round from the bottom of the stairs or the stairs will curve or something like that? :conf:

Judging by all the last minute changes we've seen since Saturday i'd say the producers are regretting going with the flowery eye.

It seems the eye fits in with the advert but thats about it.
They've suddenly thrown circus print everywhere and there's now the rotten yellow and red wood and that huge eye that looks like it's from google images on both the doors! :P

I think that they had the eye before they decide the circus/carnival theme. Because the house was different when the guinea pigs where in than what it looks like now! So they couldnt go back and change the eye! thats my theory!

we've known about the carnival theme for weeks though - ever since that first aerial shot. I think they know what they are doing and it will make sense. they arent that stupid

What i meant was that it was alot more subtle before a few days ago. There was a mish-mash between a floral eye, an ultra-modern interior and a merry-go round in the garden.

In the past few days everything has gone in the direction of carnival especially the whole red/yellow thing!
