**** sake well i have an account on Big Brother website and i well firstly tried to find where you register then i tried signing in to my account but forgot my passwrd so i had to get a new one and that took a while then it just wouldnt do anything, and it had no sign out button so i assumed i wasnt even signed in in the first place and it then wouldnt accpet my password and i didnt know where to change my password o sommin more memorable, then you had to type in a code to register for a pass and i had no idea what it was and before you know it says all have gone, im well upset lol i just had no clue what to do and am gutted just everything went wrong

It let me register a new account with code and all, then i logged out and back in and it said i had no free pass lols, must have missed out/

I think it screwed up somewhere along the line. Some people got messages saying the service is restricted to your Geo location and some didn't. Very wweird.
