Just got off the phone to her. She sounds pretty happy and is in a hotel at the mo. Shes gonna be on BBLB Sunday, then shes coming home. She said she was very dissapointed at how the pool incident and the crisp incident was shown, but shes happy she managed to show everyone the carpet burn on BBBM, to prove she wasn't deliberately attention seeking. She said she really dislikes Kee-va ''Shes a very small pathetic woman with an obvious problem [with me]''.

We had a chat and a laugh about the news articles and the forums. She was pretty worried about everyone hating her, but I informed her she has a good size fanclub on here :thumbs:. We also discussed the odds and how she thinks the pool incident was her downfall - I confirmed. Then I told her how badly edited she was on thursday night and that I thought BB made a concious effort to get her out.

i think shabby's very pretty, i think the problem is that shabby doesn't really want to be pretty, so she hides it away. She tries to look macho, and sometimes it works for her.. Its her life at the end of the day, and good luck to her i reckon.

Shabby has charisma (as does Sunshine in my opinion) but her looks aren't that great to me, she hides behind alot of makeup. I think Shabby is more selfish, not that she is all the time selfish. But Sunshine was always prepared to give up her food, to give up stuff so the smokers could get cigarettes etc I also think she was caring of others too and more friendly, more so than Shabby overall. I'm not saying Shabby is a really bad person, there are good things but she showed more of a selfish side there.

I think she can look good with long or short hair.

She doesn't need to slap on loads of makeup, and she didn't really while she was in the house either. The more natural look is her because she is naturally pretty.

I prefer Govan more than Ife. Govan could make bitchy remarks but he could carry on a conversation with her at least. Ife is just so self-absorbed with herself on the show and really just not understanding Sunshine at all. It feels like there is some jealousy there, just like there is with Keeva.

I have heard her say she liked Freddie in that series so it would make sense she would like Marcus as well as he was an ally of Freddie. Also I think they should have showed the bitching about her and what she had to put up with and how she managed to laugh alot of the jibes off. Instead it was just arguments, crying and singing. Indeed, I was hoping like you that she would get them on BBLB, but unfortunely not. :( I guess the electricity cut + Ben doing his task on the night meant they had to shorten the interview and leave them out, the 'weather' VT was terrible though. Totally in agreement that they didnt show her more funny/positive side on purpose.

Not a very good interview by Luke I thought just asking the usual stuff about why she called herself Sunshine. She feels, rightly I think, that she was just portrayed as a moaner instead of showing her having fun. Really is Josie more fun than Sunshine? No, it's just how they want to show things on the HLs. How I ended up on Big Brother

So I’ve been out of the Big Brother house for a week and I thought it’s about time that I write a blog so get ready because I’m going to reveal how I got myself in there in the first place!

Ever since Big Brother hit the screens I have been told I should go on it, I’d never had any interest in being part of the show but when I knew it was the last one I thought I would give it a go.

So I took my friend Becky who I met when I was travelling in Thailand and we went down to the Wembley auditions. I didn’t really expect to get through but thought if I at least get to talk to Big Brother then it would have been a bit of an exciting weekend.

Randomly the calls continued and I kept getting through all the audition stages and had passed all the medical tests. All that was left to do was to stand with 80 other hopefuls to see if Big Brother had chosen me.

There had never been a medical student or doctor on the show before or a vegan, certainly not one who ate as few ingredients as me, and coupled with a love for glitter I thought I was certainly different enough to get on.

I was worried it would affect my career

I wrestled with the idea for a very long time, discussing whether I should do the show with all my close friends and family, I was worried that it might affect my career. And I was warned that I might end up in a situation which I couldn’t prevent that may end up jeopardising everything I had worked hard for.

I wanted to do the show for an experience whilst showing everyone that there are normal people behind doctor’s faces and that anybody can be one, no matter what their background, interests or personal lives.

My final decision was made when I talked to a very close friend who was working as a doctor, she told me I had the rest of my life to be serious and that I should take this once in a lifetime opportunity while I had it. So I made my final decision and went to take part in the launch show.

When we were brought together I realised I probably wouldn’t get on the show, most of the girls were absolutely stunning and everyone had an interesting story to tell.

So when my name was announced I was in shock, Mario was standing next to me he kissed me and said, “Sunshine that’s you” and I can’t even remember what happened in the next few minutes.

I didn’t know the other housemates when I went in except for brief run-ins in the days before the launch. I had only briefly met Shabby in a queue and Mario from standing next to him during the launch.

I had met Josie when waiting for a medical check and I had told Ife that I thought her natural hair made her look beautiful in a brief encounter. Ben knows one of my friends in the real world but she hadn’t told me anything about him.

People know who I am right now

So 24 days in the house later and a week back in the real world and my life is pretty much the same, the only difference being that people know who I am right now. It was always my plan to go back to medicine and so far I don’t think I have done anything to warrant not doing so.

There will always be the odd person who criticises my ability to be a doctor but if they want to stop me from doing something that I’m interested in for all the right reasons, then I think that’s really sad. I feel that the response has been really positive from the public and people have said such lovely things.

I became really close friends with people in the house. Dave supported me the whole time I was there, he’d tell me I reminded him of his eldest daughter and I’ve been in contact with his lovely wife Donna since I’ve been out.

Mine and Ben’s friendship grew into one similar of siblings, we were either having a serious conversation or bickering. And Mario used to tell me I was like his little sister. Corin was so bubbly and has such warmth that she became almost a mother figure in the house.

So around four months after this whole process started and my time in the house is over, I’m gutted to be out as I had so much more sparkle to give. But I’m really glad that nothing bad came out of the situation, that I had a great time and that I can now return to the profession that I really love.

Had I not done Big Brother I wouldn’t have met the lovely people I met in the house and I would never have realised just how nice people can be. The messages I have received have been touching, I just find it incredible.

2. The wake-up alarm goes off at 9:30am and you are locked in the bedroom all night.

I am really gutted about a lot of the things people said behind my back, like Caiomhe saying I look down on people, because that's completely untrue. And the swearing insults, I just think if you haven't got anything nice to say you shouldn't say anything at all.


I gave everybody in that house a chance, it's a shame the others didn't do the same for me.


I talk posh because my gran brought me up and people who grew up in the war tend to talk like that. My family aren't rich, regardless people shouldn't be so judgemental, there is nothing wrong with having money or not having so much money.


The comments that hurt the most was when my eating disorder was doubted and put down to either wanting sympathy or attention, not because them doubting my medical history offends me, but because there are people out there who are really ill.

It's so hard to hear them talking over each other. It's like the opening week of BB11, where some people wanted to single out Sunshine for interrupting people but everyone talks over each other at the start. I really find it hard to understand Nadia with her accent as well.

Brian and Nikki have a go at Sunshine over the mole thing, but Sunshine did show sympathy for Mario in the DR saying she wanted to be the mole. And she wasn't to know that if Mario was found out he might get evicted. It would have been boring if they hadn't tried to find out who the mole was, that was the whole point of it to create distrust. It's funny how some of the audience are so manipulated, they of course supported Mario as they shared the secret with him and watched him do all the secret tasks.

And then the second point they make is the looking at the cameras thing, which other HMs have done as well. I can't believe that any of the other HMs this year have not been aware of the cameras too. Didn't John James and Josie look for the cameras before they kissed? They could hear them moving, they knew when they concentrated on a particular area of the house. There is alot of hypocrisy on this. I think Sunshine if anything was more open than the others, I suppose you have to be more crafty in the game.

And it's funny Nikki saying Sunshine was so over the top, she needs to look at herself in this series so far...crying over absolutely nothing, literally nothing.

Sunshine was one of two 'legendary classics' in this last season but unfortunately got robbed (in part) by that embarrassing Shabby mistake they made this season and voters who need to have rights taken away,
but,
Yes, the rest of us would have loved to see an epic full-season of Sunshine and Ben and I seriously expected they would be the 2 picked to represent BB11 in the UBB series.

But memories of Sunshine will last a while for most of us men because wow.. ..she inspired some.. uh.. feelings.

I think Sunshine's exit was the earliest my favourite was evicted. I'm still bitter all these years later.

Random but a few days after the eviction I found out somebody was using my bank account and stole £900. Not connected or anything.
