Live feed won't log in

Anyone else having any problems logging into Live Feed? For some reason, when I try to log in it says my username / password is wrong, I checked the cap lock, et cetera, typed really slowly... I just can't figure it out.

Oh right, yeah. Steph has been using my account. Surely it would come up with a message if they cancelled it due to numerous IP addresses, though?

Maybe Steph is logged in atm and it won't let two IP addresses log in at the same time?

You might have had your account suspended if you let someone else log in, might have been a silly thing to do :/ They should have let you know though?

Steph is asleep I think. Other people have been using other peoples account and it's been fine. I have a vague idea what might have happened but that's pretty much worst case scenario.
Oh well, thanks anyway. I guess I'll just look at the streams.

Well that better not be the case because I logged in at college today, and although a flash plugin wasn't installed meaning I couldn't watch it, I still signed in using a different IP address. Anyone know whether it'll be alright or not? Surely the idea of having a username/password is so that you can access your LF at different locations if you want to watch it?

Thinking about it it should only maybe be an issue if two different people tried to use the account at once from different IP's because like Jack said you're not necessarily going to always log in from the same location. Can you email someone to see what's going on?

Okay, I'm requesting them to send my password to me. It recongises my username and password hint.

Yeah I shouldnt think they'd ban people for logging on different computers, how do they know its not the same person but just at a different house?
